The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God. It reveals God’s redemptive acts for his creation that ultimately manifested in the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible is inerrant and serves as the authority for all matters on which it speaks.

There is one God, the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary. Though clothed in mystery, the divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ were perfectly united—without confusion, separation, change, and division. God’s perfect love and righteousness are revealed in the death of Jesus Christ on the cross in substitutionary atonement for human sin. Jesus Christ rose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven, where he sits at the right hand of the Father.

The Holy Spirit is a Person, has full equality with the Father and Son, and participates in all redemptive acts of God. He glorifies Jesus Christ; regenerates believers; convicts of sin, righteousness, and judgment; empowers Christian witness of Jesus Christ; illuminates and guides believers in all truth; and intercedes for them. The Holy Spirit empowers and gives gifts to believers for the edification of the church.

Being estranged from God and condemned by sin, human salvation is wholly dependent upon the work of God’s free grace. When people believe in Jesus Christ, God credits them his righteousness, justifies them in his sight, and enables and empowers them to persevere in faith. Only those who are born of the Holy Spirit become children of God and heirs of eternal life.

The true Church is composed of all persons who profess saving faith in Jesus Christ and participate in the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit. In the Church, the Word of God is preached, the sacraments are administered, scriptural discipline is practiced, and loving fellowship is maintained. The church fulfills the Great Commission and awaits the return of her Lord.

Jesus Christ will personally return to earth to judge the living and the dead and to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
